Team Lead – Fixed Assets and Flight Materials Costing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the team in India supporting the Fixed Assets and Flight Materials Costing processes

• Support the team in India and review their work to ensure high level of quality and accuracy

• Identify and drive the adoption of standardization of end-to-end R2R processes, working closely with global teams. In doing do so, govern any variation to process standards and ongoing compliance.

• Recommend process improvement and system changes to enhance process standardization, drive simplification, improve control and enable transparency of performance

• Define the key KPIs for your processes and develop dashboards for the timely reporting of these. Monitor and intervene with where interventions are identified.

• Providing support to the regions as needed and assist local accounting team in India with compliance and other reporting requirements

• Maintain internal process documentation to reflect the most up-to-date ways of work,

• Ensure standard operating procedures are operationalized and consistent in both content and format with expectations laid out by CAO organization,

Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountants with 8- 12 years of experience in corporate accounting
• Experience in US GAAP and SOX
• Experience in ERP systems, MES systems and other financial reporting tools/platforms e.g. BlackLine, Workiva
• NetSuite experience is a plus but not required
• Experience in Fixed Assets accounting and manufacturing process
• Advance Excel working knowledge
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for problem solving
• Self-motivated and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
