Responsibilities

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely updates.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Support senior accountants with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain cash flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification: Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (completed relevant CA exams).
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting or auditing roles is preferred (0-2 years).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration.
