Roles and Responsiblities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules.
- Implement integrations with third-party applications and data migration strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations (APIs, middleware).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
