We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative with 0-2 years of experience in the fashion, jewelry, apparel, luxury items, or cosmetics sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Transactions: Process customer orders efficiently, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash register operations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products to effectively inform customers and enhance sales opportunities.
• Inventory Management: Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining an organized sales area.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Reporting: Compile sales reports and track performance metrics as required by management.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in fashion, jewelry, apparel, luxury items, or cosmetics.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or related fields is a plus.
