We are seeking an experienced Sales HR professional with 4-5 years of experience in the FMCG industry to join our Pune team. The role involves managing HR functions for the sales workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the sales team, fostering a positive work environment, driving productivity, and aligning HR practices with business goals. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of labor laws are essential for this dynamic and fast-paced role.

Purpose

Principal Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for direct and indirect sales staff, including induction and orientation of new hires.
  • Manpower Management: Collaborate with branch management to plan manpower requirements and maintain healthy occupancy rates.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and maintain records of employee performance metrics.
  • Compensation Management: Conduct compensation surveys and recommend adjustments based on market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training calendars, and execute training programs for the sales team.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement engagement initiatives to improve productivity and job satisfaction among sales staff.
  • Attrition Management: Monitor attrition rates, manage exit processes, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations during employee separations.
  • Communication Facilitation: Ensure effective communication between the sales team and upper management, facilitating feedback loops.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4-5 years in HR, with a focus on sales HR in an FMCG environment.
  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with senior management, proficiency in HR best practices related to sales teams.
